1. What service do you provide?
We provide a full unlocking solution for your iphone. Versions currently up to 3.0 for use on any network.

2. Is your software compatible with iPhones purchased in the USA?
Yes, our software is compatible with iPhones purchased in any country.

3. Can you unlock the iPhone 3G with the 2.2.1 firmware (modem 20.30.03) ?  
Yes ! But to fully unlock the iPhone, you will have to use a hardware solution. You will have to use a Turbosim (small chip to put in the iPhone with your simcard). You can buy this kind of Turbosim (for iPhone 2.2.1) on Ebay and other specialized websites.!

4. How can I check which firmware version is installed on my iPhone?
You don't actually need to know this in order to unlock your iPhone with us, as our software works with all current iPhone firmware versions (firmware version 2.2 required for 3G unlock), but to check yours - simply dial *3001#12345#* then press the call button, compare your Modem version to the table below to find out your firmware version:

5. How easy is your software to use?

7. Do I need a 'piggy-back' sim to unlock my iPhone?

8. How many iPhones can I unlock with this product?

9. What features will I lose?
No, you won't lose any features of your iPhone after using the software.

10. Which iPhones do you unlock?

11. Will you charge for future updates when they become available?
With our product you will receive free lifetime updates, which will ensure you will be able to use your iPhone will all future upgrades from Apple.

12. Does this product work with new iPhones?
Yes, we actually recommend a new "out of the box" iPhone.

13. Will the iPhone unlocking software work on phones that have been activated?
Yes, the software will unlock iPhones that have already been activated.

14. Will the iPhone unlocking software work on phones that have been activated?
No, with the solution we offer we haven't found a GSM network that it doesn't work with - OUR SOLUTION IS GUARENTEED TO WORK WITH YOUR CARRIER - OR YOUR MONEY BACK! Please note that the iPhone will never work on CDMA2000 networks such as those operated by Verizon Wireless and Sprint. This isn't a software issue, it's due to an incompatible radio technology issue. We simply can't turn a GSM phone into a CDMA2000 phone.

15. Is unlocking your iPhone illegal?
Part of the copyright code, Section 1201 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, makes it illegal to break digital locks to get at copyrighted works. But there is an explicit exemption for personal unlocking issued by the Librarian of Congress in 2006. As the Librarian wrote, the locks "are used by wireless carriers to limit the ability of subscribers to switch to other carriers, a business decision that has nothing whatsoever to do with the interests protected by copyright."
